From start to finish our communication with Hendrik was excellent. We were looking for a natural option for a new bed and Swiss Dream Beds offered exactly what we wanted and having it made locally in Canada was even better – support local small businesses. Spending 1/3 of our time in hotel beds, some better than others, it was even more important to have the best sleep possible at home and for a great price. Hendrik worked with us to customize our existing wood frame to fit their system.

Despite being told it may take 7-10 nights to get used to the mattress, we had a great night’s sleep from day 1. It might be that we prefer a firm mattress to a soft cushy mattress but we woke up feeling well rested with no aches and no noisy box spring if one wakes in the night to get up.

The instructions for setup were simple and easy to follow and the follow up communication was a bonus. It has been just over a year now with absolutely no regrets! If people think how much they spend to purchase a car and normally spend less time/day in it than they would sleeping in their bed, then they should really consider the quality of the bed they choose.

We would highly recommend this bed based on the service we received, excellent craftsmanship and the overall improved quality of sleep we get every night.
