We bought a king size bed a little over a year ago and love it. My husband who had been having back problems immediately found the bed comfortable and has not had any back trouble since. It took a little longer for me to adjust to the bed but I am happy with it now too. Hendrik, the owner was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. He continually followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the bed and provided exceptional customer service through the whole process. We are located in the US, New York City, and had no problems with delivery of the bed. We were even able to pick the length of a trial period for the bed to be sure we were happy with it before committing. I did extensive research before purchasing the Balancer bed and am very happy that I found it and decided to purchase one.
