We like our new natural and ergonomic mattress and we have been recommending this bed to some of our family and friends. The bed is of good quality for a reasonable price. Swiss Dream Beds has excellent customer service, timely replying to any concerns or questions. The transaction and shipping went well. Hendrik kept me well informed of all the shipping steps which was very reassuring. A bed part came in damaged due to shipping mishandling and it was easy and painless to get a new one to replace the defective one. All we have to say are good things about this company and their products!
